Are your products authentic and pure?
Yes. Every batch is sourced directly and packed in sealed pouches with clear labelling. We do not blend fillers, artificial colours or preservatives into any seed, tea or oil. If anything arrives with damaged packaging or an unclear label, message us and we will replace it.
How long before I notice a difference?
Herbal products work gradually rather than overnight. Most customers report changes after four to eight weeks of daily use, and results depend on your diet, sleep and routine alongside the product. Be cautious of any seller promising instant weight loss or a permanent cure in one course.
Do you offer cash on delivery?
Yes, cash on delivery is available across Pakistan. You pay the courier when the parcel reaches you. Online payment is also available at checkout if you prefer.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched within one working day. Delivery usually takes two to three working days for major cities and three to five days for other areas. You will receive a tracking number by SMS or WhatsApp once your parcel is on the way.
Can I return or exchange an order?
Unopened items in their original sealed packaging can be returned within seven days of delivery. For hygiene reasons we cannot accept opened seed pouches, teas or oils unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect. Contact us with your order number and a photo and we will sort it out.
How should I store the seeds, teas and oils?
Keep everything in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, and reseal the pouch tightly after each use. Seeds and powders keep best in an airtight jar once opened. Oils should not be left in a hot car or on a sunny windowsill.
Are these safe if I take medication or am pregnant?
Herbal products can interact with prescription medicines, and some are not suitable during pregnancy or breastfeeding. If you take regular medication, are pregnant, nursing, or managing a condition such as diabetes or thyroid issues, please speak to your doctor before starting.
